Union Express Holdings Privacy Policy
Last updated May 18, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This notice explains how Union Express Holdings collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use this online banking prototype, including account opening, KYC review, external account linking, card requests, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and service workflows.
Prototype Notice
This application is a demonstration banking platform. It simulates banking workflows and does not perform real money movement, real securities trading, real card-network authorization, or real ownership verification with external financial institutions unless compliant third-party providers are added later.
Information We Collect
- Contact and profile information, such as name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, and registration details.
- Identity verification information, including uploaded ID documents, utility bills, and KYC status.
- Account information generated or entered in the prototype, including account number, routing number, SWIFT code, transaction history, requests, limits, card records, and external bank/card details.
- Security and access information, such as login sessions, role, account status, restrictions, and audit logs.
- Device or usage information generated by the application, such as page activity, request timestamps, notification logs, and account manager actions.
How We Use Information
- To provide the prototype banking experience and display customer and account manager dashboards.
- To verify identity documents, review customer requests, manage withdrawal limits, and process simulated deposits, withdrawals, transfers, card requests, and external-account linking.
- To send email, SMS, and in-app notifications about account activity, approvals, rejections, receipts, and security-related events.
- To detect misuse, review suspicious activity, maintain audit logs, and manage account restrictions or suspensions.
- To improve the prototype’s user experience, workflows, and operational reporting.
How Information Is Shared
Information may be visible to authorized users according to their role. Customers can see their own information. Account managers can manage the full prototype environment.
If email, SMS, hosting, storage, analytics, or compliance providers are connected later, information may be processed by those providers under their own agreements and safeguards.
External Bank And Card Linking
When you link an external bank or card, we collect the information needed to simulate verification and request review, such as bank name, account and routing number, branch code, cardholder name, card number, expiry, CVV, and billing ZIP. In this prototype, verification checks format and workflow validity only. Do not enter live financial credentials, online banking usernames, passwords, PINs, or one-time codes.
Security And Retention
We use account manager access controls, hashed passwords, protected sessions, upload restrictions, request approvals, and audit logs to help protect prototype data. Prototype data is stored in local JSON files unless the system is later migrated to a production database. Information is retained for as long as needed to demonstrate the workflow or until it is removed by an authorized account manager.
Your Choices
- You may choose not to link external accounts or cards.
- You may request correction of inaccurate profile or account information from an authorized account manager.
- You may ask an account manager to suspend, restrict, or remove a prototype account where appropriate.
- You may avoid optional notifications unless the system requires them for security or transaction confirmations.
Third-Party Sites And Services
This prototype may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. Their privacy and security practices are separate from Union Express Holdings. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
Children
This prototype is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used to collect information from children.
Updates
We may update this privacy policy as the prototype changes, especially if real service providers, production hosting, or regulated financial integrations are added.
